Welcome to AccuBooks Configurations of The Products / Services. This keeps track of everything you sell or offer. You can add, edit, and manage all your products and services in one place. Plus, you can upload them all at once. You can also customize it to fit your business needs. This module ensures that your inventory is well-organized, making it easier to handle transactions, allows efficient operation, ensures compliance with regulations, and keeps your financial records accurate.
Key Purposes
1. Organization and Categorization: The module allows users to organize and categorize products and services within the accounting system, enabling better management and tracking of inventory, sales, and expenses.
2. Transaction Preparation: Before initiating any transaction, users are required to input details of the products or services involved. The module facilitates this process by providing fields to specify product/service codes, types, prices, and descriptions.
3. Adding New Items: Users can easily add new products or services to the system by clicking the "Add" button and filling out the necessary details, such as unique codes, types (product/service), sales prices, purchase prices, and descriptions.
4. Bulk Importing: The module supports bulk importing of products and services using a template. Users can fill out the template with multiple items and then import it into the system, saving time and effort, especially for businesses with large inventories.
5. Editing and Managing: Users can edit and manage existing products or services within the system. They can update details such as descriptions, sales prices, purchase prices, and status (active/inactive) as needed.
6. Customization: The module offers flexibility in customization, allowing users to set unique codes and descriptions for each product or service, as well as specify whether an item is a product, service, or both.
7. Data Exporting: Users have the option to export a summary list of all products and services in the system for reference or further analysis, providing insights into the inventory composition and pricing structure.

Products / Services Module Index User-Manual
- Index page shows all products and services data.
- You can change the order and sorting of products and services.
Users can order the list by their Code, Name, Type, and by their Activity Status.
- You can import, export, and add products and services via these buttons.
- You may utilize the search bar to look for specific products and/or services.
You may search for a product and a service by their Code, Name, Type, and Activity Status.
Any item or items that matched your inputted keyword will show in the current list.
- Click the blue folder button under actions column to view the data.

Products / Services Module Import User-Manual
This feature allows a user to import bulk data. 1. To start, click the yellow import button.
- There will be a pop-up once you have clicked the import button. Click the blue Download Template button to download the import template file.
- There will be a pop-up once you have clicked the download template button. It will ask you where the downloaded file will be saved.
(4). Open the downloaded template file.
(5). All the columns that has an aterisk are required to be filled up. Follow the corresponding format per column.

(6). Click the Choose File button.
(7). There will be a pop-up once you have clicked the Choose File.
(7.1) Select the downloaded template.
(8). Click Open.

This feature allows you to export all available data. (1). To start, click the dark blue Export button.
(2). Open the exported file to view all the data.

(1). Clicking the Add button redirects you to this page.
(2). All the fields with asterisk are required to be filled-up.
(3). Click the green Save button to add new data.

This feature allows you to edit and update existing product/service data.
(1). To start, click the light blue Edit button to start editing product/service data.
Clicking the edit button allows you to edit the details of products/services.
